3. Supports playing and locating the MP4 format (3GP) file stream with preposed index.

Extended the enumeration of fisheye dewarping modes (related API: PlayM4_FEC_GetPort): added five fisheye dewarping modes, i.e., FEC_CORRECT_CYLINDER (cylindrical-surface-sharped view), FEC_CORRECT_CYLINDER_SPLIT (dissected-cylindrical-surface-sharped view), FEC_CORRECT_PLANET (asteroids-shaped view), FEC_CORRECT_ARCSPHERE_HORIZONTAL (horizontal-curved-surface-shaped view), and FEC_CORRECT_ARCSPHERE_VERTICAL (Vertical-curved-surface-shaped view).
